Welcome to Florida BizMap. By accessing or using our website, application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Florida BizMap provides business intelligence tools, including an interactive map of Florida business registrations, lead generation features, and AI-powered content generation. The Service aggregates public data from third-party sources (e.g., SunBiz) and enhances it with proprietary algorithms.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• Account Sharing Prohibited: Each account is for a single user only. Sharing your login credentials with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing to a paid plan (Pro or Agency), you agree to the following:

• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually at the rate indicated at the time of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through the User Portal before the renewal date.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.

4. Credits System

Certain features (e.g., AI Profile Generation, Lead Enrichment) consume "Credits".

• Credits are granted based on your subscription tier.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless explicitly stated.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

Important: We do not represent the State of Florida or the Division of Corporations.

The data presented on Florida BizMap is sourced from public records (e.g., SunBiz). While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that the data is real-time, error-free, or complete.
• We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on this data.
• You should always verify critical information directly with official government sources.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate business descriptions, SEO keywords, and other content.

• AI generation is automated and may produce inaccuracies or "hallucinations."
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before using it publicly.
• We accept no liability for the content generated by the AI tools.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the underlying technology or data of the Service.
• Use the generated leads to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or other applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida BizMap and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve (12) months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
